Sr. HRBP (Operations)

The HRBP will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies and needs with the operational and business objectives of the company. As the company experiences significant growth, we are looking for driven individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our expansion. This role will act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, managing key aspects of talent management, organizational development, and corporate culture. The HRBP must be able to influence decision-making, support the implementation of effective human resources policies, and ensure the well-being and engagement of employees while leading key organizational and cultural transformation projects during this change process.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic advice on talent management, team development, and organizational strategies that support the company’s short, medium, and long-term goals. Collaborate with operational teams to design and execute initiatives aligned with company values.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of new processes and structures. Build a resilient corporate culture aligned with the financial sector.
- Develop and execute talent development programs that empower employees to reach their potential and drive company growth. Implement robust succession planning to secure future leadership pipelines.
- Enforce HR policies and procedures to align with local labor laws and financial industry standards. Oversee processes related to hiring, terminations, restructuring, compensation, and benefits.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare reports for senior management on key HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HRBP roles, preferably in operational areas.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
