Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Paid Social Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is into digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day management of paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with our senior team members to execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads and TikTok, with opportunities to work on other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with design and content production teams to develop creative assets.
  • Conduct audience research to refine targeting strategies.
  • Test and iterate ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify winning combinations.
  • Assist with ad account setup, tracking implementation, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • +1 years of experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads is essential.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and other platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Creative thinking skills to contribute to ad concepts and strategies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for growth.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools or software (e.g., Tableau, Arcads, Google Sheets/Excel, or Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
