Senior Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic Compliance team. Your mission is to help Plata in the implementation of a corporate compliance program, nurturing a sound foundation for our business strategy and risk management while helping preserve our brand reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Excel in monitoring and analyzing our regulatory framework. Keep up to date with the constantly evolving regulatory landscape to promptly advise on shifts that might impact our current or proposed business activities.
- Implement policies and procedures to identify, prevent, and supervise criminal risks that may impact our business operations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of personal data systems, policies, and procedures aimed to ensure that personal data is not unduly processed. As well as guaranteeing prompt attention to data subject rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Possess excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Advanced English.
- CNBV's AML/CFT is a plus
