Senior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance, particularly in banking and financial services, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulatios
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensuring all legal submissions and communications are handled effectively and in a timely manner
• Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of banking regulations and compliance requirements, advising management on necessary adjustments
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding compliance risks, legal metrics, and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Law degree
• Background in regulatory compliance within the banking or financial sectors is a plus
• Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear, actionable legal advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced English
