Risk processes & documentation analyst

Plata is a digital financial services and technology company that aims to become the primary financial relationship of Mexican consumers and to reward their financial life through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security.

Looking for a junior professional or student in the last semester/block of university, preferably with process engineering, project management or business administration background, seeking to develop experience in process improvement, process documentation, six-sigma or reengineering in the Services sector (financial company).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews with different process responsible individuals to understand and document the associated procedures.
• Develop a working understanding of Process Model and processes risks identification.
• Develop a working understanding of the types of controls used in financial services and propose /document controls.
• Develop a basic understanding of controls review and evaluation (audit-like reviews)
• Develop a basic understanding of the different methodologies for process standardization (e.g. ISO, Basel Operational Risk Standards, etc.)

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Last semester/last block of university or recently graduated, preferably in engineering related to processes design/evaluation, or similar.
• No working experience required
