Treasury Front Office Manager

We’re looking for a Treasury Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Monitoring & Strategy: Stay ahead of financial market trends, providing insights to optimize liquidity and risk management strategies.
- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash positioning across multiple currencies, ensuring timely funding of accounts, execution of FX transactions, investment strategies, and trade settlements.
- Regulatory & Risk Compliance: Manage liquidity buffers in line with banking regulations (LCR, NSFR, CAR) and internal policies. Covenants monitoring.
- Financial Performance & Reconciliation: Track front-office P&L, ensuring accurate alignment with accounting records.
- Counterparty & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with financial institutions to secure optimal funding and instruments as well as correspondent banking access.
- Hedging & Risk Management: Collaborate with the balance sheet modeling team to implement effective financial risk hedging strategies.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Develop and maintain cash management policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- 5+ years of treasury front-office experience, with a proven track record in money markets and fixed-income trading.
- Expertise in liquidity management workflows and financial instruments (profitability, valuation).
- Educational Background: Degree in STEM / Economics / Finance / CFA / FRM; certifications AMIB Figura 3 / 4 is a plus
- Deep understanding of Mexico’s financial market regulations.
