About the Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Sales team selling to companies operating in Mexico. Join a fast-paced team and company that has revolutionized how SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise companies ship their products.
Essential Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Management: Sell company products/services, build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify, generate, and develop new customers to expand the business.
- Demand Generation: Create awareness and demand for the company's product offerings.
- Multifaceted Role: Manage sales calls, data, and KPIs to proactively identify issues and create solutions for customers and operations
Experience
Required experience:
- Proven ability to work creatively and enthusiastically in diverse, global teams, fostering strong internal and external relationships to drive opportunities.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual assertiveness, and a bottom-line, performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building rapport and ensuring customer needs are met across the organization.
- Strong organizational, planning, and self-management skills, proficient in MS Office and experience leveraging CRM for operational efficiency.
- Self-motivated, high-energy team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, a desire to learn, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with a solution-selling methodology or proven experience learning a new vertical and/or sales process
- Experience running sales cycles from start to finish, from initial outreach to close
- Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics experience highly desired
- Availability to travel - 30% - 40% of the month
- Complete Bachelor´s Degree or MBA
- Professional Spanish and English language skills. Beneficial would have Portuguese language
