Salesforce Consultant

India

At Plative, we believe in the power of human-centered innovation. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Consultant to join our team of Plativites. In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations. You will serve as a strategic lead in helping customers adopt Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, with a core focus on pioneering Agentforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with clients to improve performance and business outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional objections.
  • Discovery & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and manage implementation backlogs.
  • Solution Design: Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements. Support "build vs. buy" decisions for third-party applications and integrations.
  • Delivery Excellence: Design and deliver solutions including customizations, automation, and integrations. Collaborate closely with delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements; document issues and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Project Leadership: Manage time effectively across multiple client projects and lead high-impact solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Non Profit Cloud.
  • Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience working within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors.
  • Familiarity with document generation or e-signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign).
