Sr. Integration Developer – Oracle Integration Cloud
The Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / NSIP to connect enterprise applications and data platforms. In this role, you will work closely with solution architects, consultants, and client technical teams to build reliable integrations across SaaS, ERP, and cloud systems.
This position requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, a solid understanding of integration patterns, and experience integrating NetSuite platform. Experience with additional integration platforms such as Workato or Celigo is highly desirable.
You will contribute to the implementation of scalable integration solutions, assist with system discovery and data mapping, and support integration deployments across client environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand system landscapes, integration requirements, and data flows.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, and data platforms.
- Own complex integration solutions from design through deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and implement integration patterns including real-time APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch-based integrations.
- Design and implement integrations using OIC adapters, orchestrations, REST/SOAP services, and scheduled integrations.
- Perform data analysis and mapping across systems to support integration and migration initiatives.
- Develop reusable integration components, templates, and best practices within the OIC platform.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend integration design patterns aligned with enterprise best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations with NetSuite using SuiteTalk APIs, REST services, and related integration mechanisms.
- Support integrations with additional platforms using Workato, Celigo, or other iPaaS tools when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, functional leads, and client technical teams.
- Conduct demonstrations of integration solutions and technical capabilities to client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions beyond initial scope, including cross-platform integrations and automation improvements.
- Proactively identify project risks, technical limitations, or architectural concerns and propose mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across middleware and connected systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for architecture, design, implementation, and testing throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies, tools, and patterns and evaluate opportunities to apply them to client environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience developing enterprise integrations or middleware solutions with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding with at least one modern AI foundation model (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Llama) and the ability to leverage AI-assisted development for coding, debugging, integration design, automation, and documentation
- Strong expertise with OIC components including integrations, orchestrations, adapters, connections, and scheduled integrations.
- Experience building integrations with NetSuite and other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, WSDL, and modern API-based integrations.
- Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing real-time and batch integration architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, marketing platforms, or data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns, error handling frameworks, and retry mechanisms.
- Experience building high-volume, scalable integration solutions.
- Experience performing data mapping, transformation, and data validation across systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex integration workflows.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud adapters (NetSuite, REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, etc.).
- Experience with Workato or Celigo integration platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture principles and system design concepts.
- Experience creating integration architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and technical specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
