Senior NetSuite Developer

The Senior NetSuite Developer leads solution architecture for complex NetSuite implementations and integrations, from discovery through go-live. The role owns configuration, scripting, and support of NetSuite ERP solutions built on business requirements and existing operational models. Field Service Management (FSM) experience is a strong plus. You will partner with functional consultants, project managers, and customers to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full NetSuite implementations, including solution architecture for integrations and other complex builds
• Own discovery and post-sales scoping for complex solutions
• Design, develop, and implement customized NetSuite solutions: scripts, workflows, and customizations
• Build SuiteFlow workflow automation and Saved Search, report, and dashboard solutions
• Create custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 and 2.1
• Install required bundles and third-party solutions
• Build integrations with third-party systems through their APIs
• Communicate with functional consultants, project managers, and end users
• Run release preview testing and resolve issues with NetSuite support ahead of upgrades
• Configure and optimize FSM functionality on FSM engagements: dispatch, scheduling, work orders, and resource management
• Apply agentic engineering practices, including AI agent architecture, to speed up development

Basic Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP and OneWorld experience required
• 5-6 years creating custom scripts with SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1, plus SuiteQL queries
• Experience with SuiteFlow and Saved Searches
• Experience using a GIT repository
• Experience scoping custom solutions during pre-sales
• Experience with Manufacturing or SuiteBilling complex customization
• Day-to-day use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) in the development workflow
• NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plus

Desired Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Field Service Management (FSM): dispatch, scheduling, work orders, resource management, technician mobile app configuration, and checklist setup
• Cloud integration experience with NetSuite Integration Platform (NSIP), Celigo, Boomi, or Workato
• Experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Data management experience: SQL, XML, JSON
• Web services experience: REST, SOAP, GraphQL
• College or university degree in Computer Science
