Talent Acquisition Specialist

Plative is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a hands-on role in building the future of our organization!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Plative, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of roles in Sales, Delivery and Operations. You will partner directly with hiring managers, engage top talent across the Salesforce, NetSuite, Data, Architecture, and AI ecosystems, and ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will balance strategic sourcing with strong candidate advocacy while helping shape how we tell our story in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 8-10+ open roles at a time including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Drive intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set clear expectations
• Act as a candidate advocate by building strong relationships and guiding them throughout the interview process
• Hit key recruiting KPIs and contribute directly to monthly hiring targets
• Promote open roles and drive engagement on LinkedIn and other channels to strengthen employer brand 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring teams and the People team to continuously improve our hiring processes

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience managing candidates and requisitions in an ATS (Greenhouse)
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust
• A results-driven mindset with experience hitting or exceeding recruiting KPIs
• Highly organized, resourceful, and collaborative
• Willingness and ability to work hours aligned with EST, covering 3pm–11pm IST 

Desired Qualifications

• CRM or ERP recruiting experience
• Experience using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, or recruiting workflows
• Passion for candidate experience and representing the company brand in the market
