Traffic Manager

We're hiring a Creative Traffic Manager

About this position

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, process-oriented, and able to think creatively and respond quickly; all with a positive attitude and a smile. While traffic managers may be adept at scheduling and coordinating project efforts, they must also comprehensively understand various departmental needs in all its forms. They must also have the ability to facilitate constructive dialogue, discover and suggest alternative solutions to varied challenges and accurately represent their specific team’s efforts and methodologies to all stakeholders across the company.

This position will interact with Plexus’ project process solution to monitor their campaign project’s progress and interact with everyone on those projects to assure accountability, balancing, and scheduling resources.

What you'll do

  • You will accurately track and communicate project status to executives and key stakeholders.
  • You will manage the daily activity of all campaigns, ensuring priorities are set, timelines discussed and resulting deadlines met.
  • You will coordinate, meet and communicate with campaign stakeholders regularly and serve as the key point of campaign contact.
  • You should understand the project objective and strategy; lead the team in identifying, communicating, and developing solutions for any potential challenges upfront.
  • You will work to positively communicate the status of any project as needed and be able to work directly with stakeholders to determine agreeable solutions.
  • You will work within the project management system to ensure initial campaign requests have all the necessary information and assets for teammates to execute the request.

You should have

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent relative experience.
  • You have 3 years of professional experience. Previous project coordination in a creative agency or corporate environment.
  • You have experience with project management software or prior traffic management experience helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat.
  • You can meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and effectively track details in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong planning and follow-up skills.
  • You can collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
  • You can anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly.
  • You're adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
  • You maintain positive relationships with all departments. 
  • You value relationships and can influence others to develop relationships that are reflected in continuously positive experiences.
