About this position

The Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator supports all initiatives, events, and programs of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, including the execution of annual charity events, charity programs, the Paid Volunteer Time (PVT) program, in-kind donations, monetary donations, and sponsorships. This position helps build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and presents CSR programs in a positive, meaningful manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about giving back, eager to learn and grow in their role, and excited to help increase the impact of our annual initiatives and make volunteering even more enjoyable for Plexus employees.

What you'll do

  • You help promote and administer the company’s PVT program with tasks including, but not limited to creating registration forms, managing trackers and reports, designing promotional materials, intranet articles, attending PVT events.
  • You support annual charity events including, but not limited to the Pima Center Community Walk, quarterly drives, and the Week of Service, with communication, tracking and timely follow-up.
  • You assist and support in the execution of global charity programs, in-kind donations, monetary donations, and sponsorships.
  • You assist in building the success and visibility of CSR programs through partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You manage all charitable invoices to fulfill sponsorship donations to nonprofit partners in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You maintain the department calendar of events/initiatives in advance of the month and communicate with the necessary individuals in a timely manner.
  • You manage and purchase department supplies including but not limited to volunteer supplies, materials for external/internal events, signage, etc.
  • You assist in creating communication assets to support and promote the CSR programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You create internal digital assets for the department including but not limited to calendars, communication assets, and flyers.
  • You support the CSR department with administrative duties including scheduling meetings, requesting purchase orders, paying invoices, managing monthly expense reports, and coordinating the set-up of CSR events/initiatives.
  • You maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, expanding networks; participating in professional societies.

You should have

  • Bachelor of Arts or other equal degree
  • You have at least one year of experience working within a corporate social responsibility function or other relevant experience
  • You have working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • You have strong organizational skills and time prioritization abilities
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
