About this position

This position helps key field leaders set and achieve growth objectives for their individual businesses, through recruiting, and developing new leader legs. The position leverages data analytics to optimize performance, provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and training to empower Ambassadors in achieving their business objectives. Partners with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned regions. Through effective coaching and development, this position will foster a culture of excellence and educate, support, and inspire Brand Ambassadors to advance through the top ranks of the Plexus compensation plan. This position will interface with our Sales Operations, Training, Communication, and Marketing Departments, to consistently provide tools that support the Ambassadors growth.

What you'll do

  • You will build a high degree of trust and relationships with leadership in your assigned area of responsibility. Based on experience and individual performance, you will work with specific ambassadors. You will influence ambassadors through skillful questioning, active listening, and exemplary coaching.
  • You will leverage data analytics to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics for the assigned area of responsibility. Partners with the Data Analytics team and Sales Leadership to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and measurements to drive performance and growth. Provides expert coaching and guidance to Ambassadors, analyzing business reports and offering strategic advice to optimize sales strategies, incentivize teams, and ensure alignment with company policies and programs.
  • You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing regional data and developing recommendations for growth on a monthly & quarterly basis. Provide MTD & YTD territory summary to the Manager and Director of Sales at the beginning of each month for the SVP of Global Sales.
  • You will develop a high-level understanding of the Plexus compensation plan and speak to Ambassadors about its specifics. You will discuss steps and build business plans to help Ambassadors optimize earnings and career progression.    
  • You will track and analyze regional data and develop recommendations for growth on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will also provide MTD and YTD territory summaries to Sales leaders.
  • You meet or exceed designated daily and monthly call plan requirements.
  • You will partner with the Sales Leadership to develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plans for North America. Growth plans to include: overall sales, customer acquisition (recruiting), and rank advancements.
  • You will attend the Annual Convention and other company events as assigned. You will travel to assigned states approximately 1-2 times per year. 
  • You will lead and participate in various projects as assigned.

You should have

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, communications, or a related field.
  • You have three years of related experience and training. 
  • You have demonstrated relationship and collaboration skills and experience partnering across multiple business segments.
  • You can coach others to generate leads and build Business. Direct Sales/MLM industry preferred.
  • You're confident, enthusiastic, articulate, confident, and persuasive. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You can naturally engage and build rapport with customers, Ambassadors, and team members. 
  • You can work in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment. 
  • You have an understanding of and ability to execute dashboards and reports.
