We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Field Development!

The Role:
As the Sr. Manager, Field Development, you will lead strategic growth initiatives across the United States, guiding a team of Field Development Managers and collaborating closely with Brand Ambassadors. Your mission is to drive customer acquisition, increase ambassador engagement, and enhance retention and rank advancement. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve sponsoring, sales, and retention targets while fostering leadership development among Brand Ambassadors.

What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):

  • Sponsoring & Recruitment: Achieve regional sponsoring goals, driving a measurable increase in new Brand Ambassador sign-ups and customer growth.
  • Sales & Revenue: Exceed revenue targets in your region, contributing to organizational growth objectives.
  • Retention & Rank Advancement: Ensure retention of top leaders and increase the number of Brand Ambassadors advancing to Gold Ambassador rank and beyond.
  • Activation: Facilitate a high level of activity among new Brand Ambassadors, achieving activation goals within their first 90 days.

  • Innovative Strategies: You identify and implement creative approaches to recruiting, training, and customer retention, setting benchmarks for excellence in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies to increase sponsoring, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ambassador Development: Mentor Brand Ambassadors through training, coaching, and opportunity events to accelerate their success.
  • Leadership Building: Identify, develop, and support emerging leaders within the ambassador community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement effective campaigns to drive sales, productivity, and leader development.
  • Event Facilitation: Organize and attend training events, virtual sessions, and in-person opportunities to support ambassador engagement and success.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize regional growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience, to align field development efforts with organizational objectives.

Performance-Based Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with direct selling industry knowledge.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum: 5 years of experience in direct selling, with at least 3 years in a management role.
    • Preferred: 7 years in direct selling (field and corporate), with a proven track record of recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the direct selling industry, including best practices and social selling tools.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to drive performance.
    • Track record of fostering team collaboration and achieving measurable business results.
