About this position

The Field Development Sales Lead, Mexico will partner with the Director, Sales & Marketing - Mexico to help develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Mexico Market. This role represents a blend of sales, customer service, analytical skills and leadership skills. This position is responsible for project and opportunity events coordination, reviewing and generating training tools intended for the Mexico market, communication/training with the field on new tools/ incentives and field education on company initiatives. Furthermore, this position is key to developing new initiatives to engage the field to increase our retention, sales, enrollments and rank advancements. The role will interface and partner with our Ambassador field, Communications department, Events department, Marketing department and International department to execute projects. This position 100% remote.

What you'll do

  • You partner with the Director, Sales & Marketing - Mexico and team to help develop and drive strategic direction for the Mexico growth plan.
  • You create and execute the calendar for virtual calls needed for the field.
  • You create customized management strategies for leaders and their organizations to advance to the next rank.
  • You plan dates and locations for next events in hot spots, gather data and coordinate the event execution.
  • You train new organizations for their development.
  • You attend events to meet monthly sales targets.
  • You follow-up on sales reports, rank advancement and promotions and gives proper recognition to the Ambassadors when needed.
  • You partner with the customer service area covering the same timetable to be able to follow up live with each organization and with them to achieve the objective per organization.
  • You build a high degree of trust and relationship with field leadership. Influence leaders through skillful questions, active listening, exemplary coaching and detailed training.
  • You helps identify, create and develop Core tools required in the field to work with marketing and third-party translator to adapt/translate/trans create documents and adapt them to fit the market needs.
  • You help develop a strategy plan for presenting the Mexico opportunity to new and existing Ambassadors and Partner with the LATAM Sales team for execution.
  • You identify opportunity areas within the various project and streamline process for resolution.
  • You develop & create SOPs for Mexico Sales Lead responsibilities.
  • You attend events as needed by business. Leads and participates in various projects as assigned, including presenting Plexus to the field.

You should have

  • You have a High School diploma or GED
  • You have 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the Direct Selling Industry
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal communications.
  • You have the ability to work off-hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
