The Role:

As a Creative Traffic Manager, you manage the flow of creative projects for the organization. You will create and maintain project timelines that ensure on-time deliverables. Using Plexus' project management software, projects are closely monitored to ensure work moves efficiently through the creation process. This includes holding the project team accountable, facilitating the approval of work, identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):

  • Lead the execution of various campaigns, including product launches, product promotions, and sales incentives/promotions.
  • Successfully manage and deliver creative projects on time by optimizing workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Plexus' creative process, including timelines, project specifications, and deliverables.
  • Accurately forecast project timing and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted project management resource, empowering teams with best practices and system training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Workflow Optimization:
    • Create and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all deliverables align with campaign goals.
    • Track and communicate project status updates, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
    • Maintain accountability among creative teams, ensuring on time and high-quality execution of projects.
    • Facilitate kick-off meetings, ensuring clarity on project scope, expectations, and key milestones.
    • Implement mitigation strategies for potential roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align creative projects with business objectives.
    • Serve as the liaison between creative teams and corporate stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts that arise in project execution, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
    • Provide strategic guidance on project feasibility, ensuring requests align with available resources and priorities.
  • Process Improvement & System Management:
    • Optimize project management workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
    • Ensure the effective utilization of Workfront project management software, maintaining templates and reports.
    • Provide training and support to creative teams on project management with the best practices and tools.

Performance-Based Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
    • Minimum: Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in project coordination in a creative, agency, or corporate setting.
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with experience managing high-volume creative workflows in a fast-paced environment with Direct Selling experience.
  • Project Management & Organizational Expertise
    • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
    • Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, video, and social media.
    • Experience working with project management software and tools to track progress and optimize workflows. Workfront or Similar
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
    • Exceptional ability to collaborate, influence, and align teams across different functions.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions proactively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting project updates to stakeholders.
