You will experience personal and professional growth while driving high-level initiatives, working closely with end consumers, and empowering high-performing teams to excel. As the architect of our global field sales strategy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s expansion into new markets and setting the course for sustained worldwide success.

Key performance objectives

  • Deliver year-over-year sales growth and achieve stabilization (flat or positive) within the first 90 days.
  • Design and implement a global field organizational structure by year-end, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Building new and established leaders through training and personal development.
  • Achieve measurable buy-in from both internal employees and the field Ambassador community, as demonstrated by engagement surveys and field retention.

Essential accountabilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to design, implement, and execute a global field sales and development strategy that achieves defined annual revenue growth and market share targets across U.S. and international markets.
  • Establish and oversee strategic plans for new and existing markets, ensuring on-time market launches, achievement of launch revenue goals, and sustainable profitability.

  • Partner with the Events team to plan and deliver field events that meet cost budgets while achieving targeted engagement, attendance, and sales uplift metrics.
  • Build and sustain a global Ambassador network by driving business development strategies that increase field retention rates year-over-year and raise average Ambassador productivity by setting KPIs.
  • Implement standardized operating procedures, performance dashboards, and success metrics for all field-facing teams to ensure consistent execution and visibility of results across markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch incentive programs, promotions, and contests that drive measurable sales growth and meet ROI targets while remaining within budget.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders to consistently meet or exceed their strategic objectives and drive a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.

Performance qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, providing the analytical and strategic framework to drive large-scale commercial growth initiatives.
  • Minimum of 10 years in senior management, including at least 5 years at the executive level within the Direct Sales/MLM industry, with a documented record of delivering double-digit revenue growth and sustained market expansion.
  • Proven ability to increase top-line field sales revenue by measurable percentages year-over-year and successfully launch and scale international markets that achieved profitability within targeted timeframes.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, geographically distributed teams to meet or exceed strategic objectives while driving cultural alignment and engagement across multiple markets.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in all elements of the direct sales model — including designing compensation plans that increase retention, implementing market entry strategies that accelerate adoption, and positioning against competitors to gain market share.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure alignment for strategic initiatives that resulted in accelerated field adoption and measurable performance gains.
  • Skilled communicator and presenter with demonstrated success delivering persuasive executive presentations that drive decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
