Chief Information Officer

Scottsdale, Arizona, United States

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Role

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides the strategic vision and executive leadership for Plexus' global technology organization, ensuring technology serves as a competitive advantage that accelerates business growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, architecture, execution, and optimization of enterprise technology, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital innovation across the organization.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO partners across every business function to align technology investments with corporate strategy, enabling Plexus' Vision 2030 growth objectives and global expansion. This leader will modernize the organization's technology ecosystem, leverage emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence and automation—and deliver world-class digital experiences for Brand Ambassadors and Customers.

Equally important, the CIO builds and leads a high-performing global technology organization by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. This leader fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration, empowering teams to embrace emerging technologies while delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is not a maintenance-focused technology role; it is a transformational leadership opportunity to shape the future of technology for a rapidly growing global organization.

This position requires full-time work from our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters.

You'll lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, evaluate and implement emerging technologies to create lasting competitive advantage, and build scalable platforms that power exceptional experiences for millions of Brand Ambassadors and Customers worldwide.

Partnering closely with an exceptional Executive Leadership Team, you'll influence enterprise strategy, support expansion across APAC, LATAM, and Europe, and champion innovation through artificial intelligence, automation, and modern technology. Just as importantly, you'll build and inspire a world-class technology organization by developing exceptional leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and empowering your team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
