Consumer Experience Campaign Specialist

The Role

Plexus Worldwide is seeking a Consumer Campaigns Specialist to coordinate and execute campaigns that help consumers discover the value of our products, get started, reorder, and stay engaged. This role develops clear, relevant communications across the consumer journey and works with Marketing, Digital, Product, Field Development, Customer Service, and Analytics to bring campaigns to life.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing and campaign coordination skills with curiosity about consumer behavior and a drive to improve retention.

Key Performance Objectives

  • Establish a reliable consumer campaign process and calendar, keeping priorities, owners, approvals, and launch dates clear.
  • Execute targeted campaigns that improve onboarding, product education, reorder, retention, and win-back.
  • Develop communications that encourage retail customers to become VIP customers.
  • Use consumer insights and campaign results to improve messaging, timing, and engagement.

 

Performance Accountabilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Coordinate consumer campaigns from brief through launch, managing timelines, audience requirements, creative assets, approvals, and deployment.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and align communications with key moments across the consumer journey.
  • Write and refine consumer-focused messaging that is clear, helpful, and consistent with campaign objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Field Development, Customer Service, Analytics, and other teams to align campaigns with consumer needs and business priorities.
  • Coordinate reviews, communicate status, resolve open items, and confirm campaigns are ready to launch.
  • Support targeted pathways for onboarding, product education, reorder, retail-to-VIP conversion, loyalty, and win-back.

Measurement and Improvement

  • Monitor engagement, conversion, reorder, retention, and consumer response trends.
  • Prepare campaign recaps and recommend improvements to messaging, segmentation, timing, and delivery.
  • Support testing, personalization, and automation as consumer engagement capabilities grow.
  • Work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Performance Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field; equivalent related experience considered.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, or CRM communications. Four years of experience with consumer lifecycle or retention campaigns preferred.
  • Campaign Execution: Ability to coordinate campaigns across channels, manage details and deadlines, and move work through review and launch.
  • Writing and Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, relevant communications for different consumer audiences.
  • Consumer Insights: Understanding of lifecycle stages, segmentation, onboarding, reorder behavior, and retention; ability to use campaign results to recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration and Judgment: Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across teams and changing priorities.
  • Work Location: Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.
