- Help shape and deliver creative work that not only meets but elevates our clients’ business and brand objectives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their unique brand, target audience, and marketing goals—becoming a trusted partner in their success.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts, bringing fresh insights that drive innovative creative solutions.
- Keep creative and strategy teams aligned by leading meeting agendas, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring next steps are clear and actionable.
- Take a proactive role in client communication, ensuring their needs are prioritized, expectations are managed, and collaboration is seamless.
- Gain hands-on experience in how PMG scopes and staffs new creative opportunities by engaging in the proposal process and understanding how projects take shape.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support our clients’ evolving business needs, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow existing client relationships while exploring new business opportunities that align with PMG’s creative expertise.
- Take ownership of complex challenges, working toward thoughtful and effective resolutions that strengthen both client trust and team collaboration.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in creative account management, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to lead the day-to-day management of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and brand standards.
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact across creative teams and client partners, fostering strong, solution-oriented relationships.
- Adept at managing complex workflows and creative feedback across multiple work-streams, balancing priorities with clarity and confidence.
- Deep understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
- Skilled in translating client needs into actionable next steps and ensuring creative excellence is upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for championing great work and supporting team collaboration.
