Who You Will Be Working With
At PMG, we’re teaming up with Digital Voices to launch a global Influencer Center of Excellence — a first-of-its-kind partnership combining cultural insight, creator relationships, and performance strategy.
Digital Voices brings deep experience in influencer marketing and social-first storytelling. PMG contributes global scale, proprietary tech, and a track record of helping brands grow through innovation. Together, we’re shaping the future of influencer marketing — one built on authenticity, collaboration, and cultural relevance.
You’ll work closely with creators, strategists, creatives, data analysts, and client teams. We’re looking for curious, thoughtful contributors who want to help brands show up meaningfully — not just follow trends, but help set them.
This is an open call: we’re building a new team across levels and skill sets. If this sounds like you, we want to connect.
What You Will Be Doing
Depending on your experience, you may contribute to work such as:
- Designing and delivering influencer and creator-led campaigns that are social-first and culturally relevant.
- Translating business objectives into storytelling strategies that resonate with audiences.
- Collaborating directly with creators on briefs, production, publishing, and amplification.
- Managing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Using performance data and insights to optimize content and guide future strategy.
- Supporting client relationships through clear communication and reliable execution.
- Partnering with creative, media, strategy, and tech teams to deliver integrated programs.
- Monitoring creator trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform creative direction.
As the practice evolves, your role will grow with it — bringing new opportunities to lead and innovate.
What You Will Bring
We’re looking for people with a variety of backgrounds. You might have:
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or digital content (brand, agency, or creator-side).
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems and how content performs across them.
- Curiosity about culture, creators, and how brands can show up authentically.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments where ideas move quickly to execution.
- A desire to learn, grow, and shape a new capability from the ground up.
- Experience with data, reporting, or measurement — but strong storytelling instincts matter just as much.
Most of all, you bring perspective, enthusiasm, and a point of view on where influencer marketing is headed next.
