Our team comprises over 900 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, Sephora, Experian, Therabody, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Creed Fragrances, BNY, Intuit, CKE Restaurants, Travelex, and Whole Foods spans 85+ countries.

Who You Will Be Working With

You’ll be part of PMG’s Applied Technology organization, focused on Structured Data and Product Feed strategy that powers product-driven media campaigns at scale. This team operates at the intersection of commerce, media, analytics, and platform innovation. You will work closely with:

  • Vertical Business Leads and Client Strategy teams to align structured data decisions with commercial goals
  • Media teams across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Retail Media to ensure feeds are built for performance
  • Analytics and Measurement teams to improve product-level visibility and reporting
  • Alli Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions around feed infrastructure, automation, and emerging AI capabilities

You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor with strong cross-functional influence—frequently internal client team–facing and external client-facing in strategic or technical conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Structured Data Senior Lead, you will architect and evolve structured data solutions that directly impact media performance, personalization, and automation.
  • Own and evolve structured data frameworks that support product-driven campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and retail media.
  • Translate business and media objectives into scalable data models, schemas, and transformation logic.
  • Identify and prioritize metadata enhancements that unlock measurable impact in match rates, impression quality, conversion performance, and automation inputs.
  • Elevate product feed practices from operational execution to strategic advantage—ensuring feeds are designed for performance, not just platform compliance.
  • Drive data augmentation and enrichment initiatives, including:
  • Attribute expansion and optimization
  • Product clustering and categorization strategies
  • Integration of margin, inventory, or lifecycle data
  • Contextual tagging to support bidding and creative logic
  • Design structured data systems that anticipate automation and emerging “agentic commerce” use cases, such as AI-generated creative testing, automated product selection, and intelligent merchandising workflows.
  • Partner with Alli Product and Engineering teams to influence feed infrastructure, governance standards, and automation capabilities.
  • Establish structured data standards, validation frameworks, and QA protocols to ensure scalability, transparency, and long-term integrity.
  • Mentor junior team members through guidance, review, and best-practice setting—raising the overall technical and strategic maturity of the function.
  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to improve feed workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance structured data quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in structured data, product feeds, commerce data, or marketing data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience supporting product-driven campaigns (e.g., Google Shopping, Meta Catalog, retail media networks, dynamic creative).
  • Strong understanding of structured data logic, schema design, and transformation workflows.
  • SQL proficiency strongly recommended; comfort working with feed management systems and rule-based transformations.
  • The ability to translate business and media requirements into scalable data structures.
  • Experience driving metadata enhancements or data enrichment initiatives tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation applied to structured workflows, with sound judgment on where it adds real value.
  • Comfort operating independently on highly complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members in a collaborative, hands-on way.
  • Curiosity about emerging commerce models, including how structured data can enable intelligent and automated systems.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
