Who You Will Be Working With

You’ll work closely with cross-functional PMG teams, including Client Strategy and Paid Media, to develop data-driven strategies that align with broader marketing goals. Whether it's conducting keyword research, technical SEO analysis, content, or audience strategy, your insights will help brands reach the right people at the right time.

As an SEO Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping organic search strategies that drive growth, improve visibility, and enhance the overall digital experience for some of the world’s most recognized brands. At PMG, you’ll do more than optimize websites—you’ll shape how brands connect with their audiences through search, making SEO accessible in the process.   • Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies that support company growth and keep brands competitive in an evolving search landscape.
  • Lead cross-functional SEO projects, collaborating with customer marketing, content, and engineering teams to ensure SEO is seamlessly integrated across all digital initiatives.
  • Oversee international SEO initiatives and localization strategies, optimizing for global audiences and regional search trends.
  • Manage SEO budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, making strategic decisions to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities, search trends, and areas for organic growth.
  • Implement advanced technical SEO solutions, including site migrations, schema markup, and structured data enhancements to improve search visibility.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, using in-depth SEO analysis and reporting to refine strategies and measure impact.
  • Optimize SEO workflows and team processes, creating scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align SEO with broader digital marketing and business strategies.
  • Champion SEO education and training within the company, empowering teams with best practices and the latest industry insights.
  • The primary focus of this role is SEO, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, you'll also have opportunities to collaborate across other media channels, supporting integrated campaigns that drive broader marketing success.
  • Utilize and build using PMG SEO tools, including AI and Alli integrations in the form of data analysis using SQL, alerts, reporting and audits.

 

What You Will Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in SEO, including 3+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in SEO content strategy and technical SEO, driving optimizations to enhance search performance and user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills in marketing metrics, planning, and strategy, using data-driven insights to refine SEO initiatives.
  • Experience in project management, leading SEO initiatives from strategy development to execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs, conducting in-depth SEO audits and competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data, ensuring effective on-page SEO and search engine indexing improvements.
  • Expertise in keyword analysis, content auditing, and web page optimization, crafting high-performing, data-driven SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with AIO and LLM Reporting with a foundational understanding of how SEO integrates with AEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and tagging techniques to measure and refine SEO impact effectively.
