  • Develop and champion innovative influencer and branded content strategies for existing clients and new business opportunities, partnering with media, strategy, creative, technology, and client leadership teams to connect creator ideas to measurable business outcomes.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with creators, talent agencies, publishers, technology providers, and platform partners to expand PMG’s access to talent, insights, emerging capabilities, and strategic partnership opportunities.

  • Oversee complex, high-impact influencer and branded content programs, ensuring work is strategically sound, operationally efficient, commercially responsible, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for measurable success.

  • Define and evolve measurement frameworks that demonstrate creator performance, campaign effectiveness, audience impact, and the broader business value of influencer and branded content investments.

  • Identify emerging platforms, technologies, creator behaviors, and cultural shifts, translating them into actionable opportunities that strengthen client strategies and PMG’s broader capabilities.

  • Partner with senior leadership on business planning, capability development, resource strategy, and investment priorities to support the sustainable growth of the Influencer & Branded Content discipline.

  • Develop managers and future leaders through coaching, mentorship, actionable feedback, and meaningful opportunities to strengthen their strategic thinking, client leadership, commercial acumen, and people management capabilities.

  • The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, creator marketing, social media, or a related field, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • You bring advanced expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, shaping sophisticated creator-led programs that connect cultural insight, audience behavior, platform dynamics, and client business goals.

  • You have proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams and people leaders, creating clear expectations, building capabilities, and empowering others to take ownership and grow.

  • You have deep experience in contract review, partnership development, and proposal strategy, guiding complex negotiations with a focus on protecting client interests and creating long-term value for brands, creators, and partners.

  • You bring advanced detail orientation while operating effectively at a strategic level, setting high standards across campaign execution, reporting, content approvals, compliance, and partnership deliverables.

  • You have extensive experience leading complex influencer and branded content programs from strategic planning and investment decisions through execution, optimization, measurement, and post-campaign learning.

  • You are a highly skilled communicator with strong executive presence, able to translate complex ideas into clear strategic narratives, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready recommendations and performance insights.

  • You have a deep understanding of advertising standards, client service, creator partnerships, and relationship management, helping brands and creators build trusted partnerships that meet business, legal, regulatory, and platform expectations.

  • You are proficient with influencer management platforms, social media platforms, measurement tools, and the broader creator ecosystem, using data and insights to evaluate creators, guide investment decisions, and improve performance.

  • You have a proven ability to build meaningful relationships across the creator ecosystem, including creators, talent agencies, publishers, technology providers, and platform partners, strengthening PMG’s market presence and unlocking new opportunities.

  • You bring strong strategic thinking, business and financial acumen, and resource management capabilities, with experience shaping department priorities, evaluating investments, managing team structures, and building scalable approaches that support client and business growth.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
