Who You’ll Be Working With

At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. A key focus will be scaling PMG’s influencer and creator marketing discipline - establishing frameworks, curating talent relationships, and setting standards for authenticity and effectiveness in alignment with brand goals. Your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.

You will also play a key role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure creator strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. At PMG, we don’t just follow trends - we create them.

If you’re passionate about shaping culture through creator-driven storytelling, using data to drive real impact, and redefining what’s possible in influencer marketing, this is the place to make your mark.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, research, and evaluate influencers and content creators who align with clients' target audiences, brand values, and campaign objectives, providing recommendations to support creator selection.

  • Execute influencer and branded content campaigns, managing assigned workstreams from creator outreach and onboarding through content development, approvals, and final delivery.

  • Manage day-to-day communications with influencers, talent agencies, and internal teams, ensuring clear expectations, timely deliverables, and strong working relationships throughout campaign execution.

  • Coordinate branded content production, reviewing creator submissions for alignment with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements while managing feedback and approval processes.

  • Support influencer partnership negotiations, contract reviews, and proposal development, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and partnership expectations are accurately documented and communicated.

  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, identifying key insights, evaluating results against campaign objectives, and contributing actionable recommendations to improve future performance.

  • Collaborate with media strategists, creative teams, and client stakeholders to ensure influencer activations are integrated with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.

  • Stay informed on emerging creators, social platforms, content formats, and influencer marketing trends, proactively sharing insights and identifying opportunities to strengthen campaign strategies.

  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively identifying potential challenges, communicating solutions, and contributing to process improvements that enhance campaign execution and team efficiency.

  • The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in execution, creator partnerships, and campaign performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, social media marketing, or a related discipline, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and content creation, with experience identifying relevant creators, evaluating audience alignment, and supporting impactful brand partnerships.

  • Hands-on experience managing influencer outreach, creator communications, campaign deliverables, and content approvals to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Experience supporting contract review, proposal development, and influencer partnership coordination, with an understanding of campaign requirements and creator deliverables.

  • Strong detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across influencer campaigns, content reviews, reporting, and project timelines.

  • Proven project implementation skills, with the ability to independently manage assigned campaign workstreams, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience sharing campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience analyzing influencer campaign performance, interpreting engagement and reach metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Working knowledge of advertising standards, client service, and relationship management, with the ability to build productive relationships with creators, talent agencies, and cross-functional partners.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer management tools, and reporting dashboards, using data and technology to support campaign execution and optimization.

  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, proactively developing expertise in influencer marketing, emerging platforms, and content trends while maintaining a Customer-Focused mindset that prioritizes client objectives and campaign results.

  • A dedication to People-Focused collaboration, demonstrating accountability, inclusivity, and a willingness to share knowledge, contribute ideas, and lead by example through high-quality work and strong partnerships.
