We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Running influencer campaigns across multiple brands, products, and target markets;
• Managing projects on several platforms at once: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and more;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers to foster long-term partnerships;
• Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media communities across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, etc.);
• Ensure the quality and brand alignment of all influencer content;
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI);
• Adapt campaign strategies to meet the specific goals of each product and regional market;
• Stay up to date with platform policies, particularly in relation to gambling content, and find innovative ways to overcome ad restrictions and visibility limitations.

Essential professional experience:

• Strong expertise in social media platforms;
• Solid understanding of the casino, sports, and esports industries;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Proficient in performance metrics (CTR, CPR, CPV, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry and key product metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, etc.);
• Proficient in using BI systems;
• Experienced with marketing platforms (Affiliate, etc.);
• Skilled in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies;
• Extensive network of industry contacts.
