We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Set up, launch, and monitor CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels, including one-time and automated flows via email, SMS, and messengers;
• Manage campaign workflows from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
• Monitor and analyze engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaigns;
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications;
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement;
• Maintain accurate records of campaign configurations and results for reporting and optimization purposes.

Essential professional experience:

• 2+ year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
• Strong understanding of engagement and deliverability metrics and proven ability to work with them effectively;
• Experience in setting up and managing email, SMS, and messenger communication flows (both one-time and automated);
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Proficiency in English for internal communication and content review.
