Retail Specialist

Podean is seeking a Retail Specialist who will own the success of eRetail media campaigns, including Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee and other key platforms across Brazil. This role demands expertise in hands-on management of sophisticated and complex campaigns and a passion for guiding clients and team members to success. As the go-to marketplace media expert, you will unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence while leading the day-to-day management of marketplace campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments on all matters related to marketplace media (Retail Media).
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps and testing plans.
• Analyze performance results and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in execution.
• Apply analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in retail media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience across additional global marketplaces and ad platforms including Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress, and tools such as VTEX Ads and Topsort.
• Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable with the Office or Google Docs suite (Word and PowerPoint).
• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to hold conversations with international teams.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
