Media Manager

This role involves managing strategic clients with growing independence and minimal supervision. Owns personal KPIs and drives performance improvements. Leads client interactions — calls, dashboards, presentations—and delivers data-driven insights to support upsells. Contributes to cross-team initiatives and process improvements. Acts as a DSP subject matter expert and supports new hire onboarding. Proficient in Amazon Ads tools including ticketing, AMC, DSP reporting, and Performance+. Participates in hiring by judging pitches and conducting phone screens. Leads kickoff calls and manages individual OKRs, serving as a trusted client partner.

Key Responsibilities

Manages accounts across Tiers 2 and select strategic Tier 1 accounts.Independently manage in-depth client interactions and create tailored strategic decks with BizDev support as needed.Collaborate with Amazon and third-party partners on feature feedback, product evolution, and innovation.Own and drive team-level OKRs.Actively participates with new hire onboarding trainings and support such as shadowingDemonstrates ownership of KPIs and account health, positioning themselves as a reliable client-facing partner.Actively contributes to cross-team initiatives and internal improvements. Independently manages client interactions, including calls, dashboards, and presentations.Demonstrates proficiency in Amazon Ads tools, including ticketing, AMC, DSP custom reporting, and Performance+Design and implement scalable internal strategies, lead projects, and serve as an executive judge in Pitch Practices.Operates with growing independence, requiring minimal supervision for familiar tasks and processes. Continuously learns and fully utilizes DSP and Amazon Ads tools.Contributes to process enhancements and serves as SME for a DSP-specific topic.

Requirements

• 2–3 years managing Display or PPC performance campaigns, preferably on Google, Meta, or Amazon DSP
• Experience specifically with Amazon DSP is required.
• Background in SEO or e-commerce is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English B2/C1
