The Enterprise Onboarding Manager is a vital part of the Podium team. Responsible for the initial implementation and onboarding of new enterprise and strategic customer accounts. Responsible for the organization and management of account connections, integration fulfillment, tailored team trainings for all locations in any given account, resolving customer issues, and customer usage monitoring to bring about the successful completion of new customer implementation. The Onboarding Manager also has a major role in creating new processes internally and needs to be able to adjust quickly to changing circumstances.
What you will be doing:
- Primary contact during initial onboarding of enterprise accounts
- Become the expert in Podium’s AI Employees and Podium’s Telephony Solutions as well as all other critical parts of the Podium platform
- Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deadlines for assigned projects
- Ensure all/additional customer requests remain within scope of work
- Monitor and report on project status and issues both internally and externally
- Coordinate and respond to customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate projects with internal teams that include Integrations, Implementation, Product, Enterprise CS, Technical Product Support and Engineering.
- Communicate appropriate timeline and expectations with customers to ensure the ultimate customer experience
- Ensure effective account hand-off to Enterprise CS.
- Building new processes and working with different departments to create a smooth implementation experience
What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in an onboarding/implementation role (in SaaS is a plus)
- Experience working in a technical role, connecting SaaS systems
- Exceptional written and communication abilities
- Experience communicating directly with enterprise customers and partners
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Self-starter with prior experience navigating complex customer environments
- Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results
- Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:
- Compensation: $82,000 base + 10% variable bonus
