We are looking for a consultative and creative Technical Recruiter to grow and scale our Engineering and Product teams. You can expect high-impact and wide-ranging responsibilities that include: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy and partnership with company leaders, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with senior leaders across the Engineering and Product organizations to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing searches, outreach, funnel management, holding interviews, and closing offers
  • Fill unique roles for a variety of technical positions, ensuring alignment with hiring priorities and workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates that closely align with the current and future open roles
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence, leveraging data to drive decision-making and process improvements
  • Help initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Product, Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and to close top talent
  • Drive creative solutions to recruiting and department challenges, including employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Maintain a high level of performance towards targets and stakeholder management
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine recruiting processes and enhance candidate engagement
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruiting, including diversity and inclusion initiatives

EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • This position is an onsite position, working in-office at our Lehi, Utah location Monday-Friday
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business management, HR, or similar field
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse is a plus
  • Experience utilizing AI tools in your current or previous role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
  • Strong executive communication skills, ability to influence and guide senior leaders. 
  • A positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects
