The Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead teams focused on building a Lead Management & Conversion, Automations, and CRM Integrations—critical areas that help local businesses streamline their workflows and close more deals efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Directly and indirectly manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration.
• Drive innovation using AI-powered automations that connect businesses with their leads in real time.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and designed for long-term success.
• Work with Product leaders and Exec team to define medium-to-long term vision and roadmap.
• Navigate fast-changing environments, make data-driven decisions, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Recruit top engineering talent, mentor future leaders, and create an environment where engineers thrive.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep experience in architecting scalable, resilient systems, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop engineering teams at scale. Experience managing both individual contributors and engineering managers.
• Ability to set the product vision and roadmap in partnership with product and leadership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and fast decision-making. A bias for action and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without direct authority.
• Track record of attracting, retaining, and growing top engineering talent.
