We currently have an opportunity to join our Auto team in Melbourne as a Sales Operations Coordinator! This role will be supporting new business acquisition, by acting as a conduit between our Sales and Account Management function including:  running meetings, setting up contracts, coordinate onboarding and more. You will have the chance to assist in developing bespoke proposals for clients, undertake market research and assist with administrative tasks, all while building strong internal and external relationships. What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Account Executives to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
  • Serve as a contact for customers when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring customer  satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.
  • Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.
  • Preparing and managing contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence.
  • Assist the Account Executives in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets)
  • Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in monitoring, analysing and translating data into presentation form 
  • High level of attention to detail, specifically filling out complex documents 
  • Exposure to building out presentation decks and project management 
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally 
  • Strong communication, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working)
  • Previous SaaS experience is desirable
  • Experience in Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
