Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced and highly-innovate team. You will develop strategies, configure ads, run tests, analyze campaign results, implement optimizations, and generate performance reports. The ideal candidate is well versed across the social media and digital ad universe and has a passion for connecting with 
customer audiences. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 40-50 clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met with high-quality strategies and campaigns tailored to each client's unique goals.
  • Multi-Campaign Coordination: Execute and maintain multiple campaigns for each client across various digital channels, ensuring consistent performance and brand messaging.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and refine digital marketing strategies for a diverse client base, leveraging industry best practices to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Ad Configuration and Optimization: Set up and optimize ad campaigns across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment for each client.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex campaign data across multiple clients and campaigns to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and successful strategies that can be replicated.
  • Client Reporting and Communication: Develop comprehensive performance reports for each client, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their objectives; maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding campaign performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Work collaboratively with your Team Lead and across the department to learn and disseminate key learnings and best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Foundational Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with the use and best practices of various social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions. Comfort with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
  • Creative Thinking: A knack for creative thinking to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to create compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies and departmental processes.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A demonstrated willingness to learn new technical skills and processes, and to continuously seek knowledge to evolve as a seasoned digital marketer.
  • Collaborative Nature: Ability to work in a team environment, sharing knowledge and adapting to collective goals and strategies.
