Creative Account Manager

This role requires a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, stress-free client experience by proactively managing branding and UX design projects from start to finish. This includes handling day-to-day details that make clients' lives easier, anticipating needs, and offering strategic recommendations based on real estate best practices. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, balancing hands-on problem-solving with smart delegation when necessary. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven creative environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Client Experience & Strategic Guidance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative project clients, leading calls, providing timely updates, and proactively handling small tasks to enhance service.
  • Develop a clear understanding of branding and creative project workflows to structure client conversations effectively, ensuring a logical flow from concept to execution.
  • Understand the unique needs, goals, and communication styles of key stakeholders and tailor your project approach accordingly. Anticipate client needs, providing proactive solutions before they ask.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for select key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Support long-term key client relationships by quarterbacking initiatives across departments and helping to ensure cohesive service, strategic alignment, and partnership growth.

Project Management & Execution

  • Develop project timelines, define key milestones, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Own project setup in Clickup and Netsuite, ensuring accurate time tracking and budget control.
  • Leverage an understanding of creative project phases to ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, keeping projects aligned with goals and deliverables.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates on project status, deliverable progress, and budgets.

Project Financial Oversight

  • Track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Support finance teams by managing account receivables and ensuring timely client payments.
  • Ensure financial tracking aligns with project phases, helping maintain transparency in scope, resourcing, and execution.

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager in a creative agency or branding environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, UX design, and real estate marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management and accounting tools.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think ahead, act proactively, and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A client-first mentality, always looking for ways to simplify and enhance their experience.
