  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across brand, marketing, and web experiences
  • Present work internally and to clients, articulating design decisions with clarity and confidence
  • Apply feedback thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity of the creative direction
  • Support quality control across deliverables to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards
  • Contribute to the evolution of Poetic’s creative output through new ideas, references, and design exploration
  • Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate team output

Education & Experience

  • A refined design sensibility with attention to typography, color, and layout systems
  • Experience building brands from the ground up, including identity systems and visual frameworks
  • Confidence in presenting and discussing creative work with both internal teams and clients

  • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team
  • Thoughtful approach to feedback, iteration, and creative problem-solving
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • A flexible acknowledgement of the ever-changing needs of both agency and real-estate sectors as it relates to workflows, trends, and prioritization of tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience working across both print and digital formats
  • Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus
  • 5–8+ years of professional design experience is preferred

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
