Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firm’s applications and businesses. Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacenter infrastructure to large scale cloud services, with the shared goal of providing the most reliable, performant, modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business. We also deliver end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams. Our team focuses on innovation and challenging the current state of our infrastructure technology in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.
What you’ll do
- Install, configure, update, and maintain Windows operating systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, applications, and hardware
- Utilize SCCM and Intune for advanced device management, monitoring, and policy implementation
- Develop, deploy, and manage complex software packages and configurations
- Develop custom scripts to automate installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks
- Employ JAMF management and configuration of Apple devices
- Integrate and support Mac OS devices into a predominantly Windows-based network
- Offer high-level technical support to end-users for both hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with team members on implementing new technologies and improving IT infrastructure
- Document technical procedures, user guides, and best practices
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Technology, Computer Science, related discipline or commensurate experience
- 5+ years experience in Windows and MAC operating systems and associate desktop and laptop hardware, with extensive experience managing SCCM and Intune
- Extensive experience in application packaging and scripting (Powershell, VBScript)
- Experience using PatchMyPC in desktop environments (including virtual)
- Experience with JAMF, Active Directory, GPO, WMI, and SSO
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and lead the team to troubleshoot complex issues across the entire firm, provide root cause analyses, and make recommendations to mitigate future risk
- Ability to maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible to work on a broad range of issues, tasks and occasional weekend work/on call rotation as required

The annual base salary range for this role is $210,000-$240,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
