What you’ll do

You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our global trading platform. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with top professionals and leveraging your skills to make a significant impact. Specifically, you will:

• Monitor and maintain the health of our global trading platform to ensure high availability and performance.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize trading operations.
• Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with software engineering, support, and investment professionals to understand requirements and implement reliable solutions.

 

 

What’s required

• 3-5 years experience in programming, system administration, and cloud platforms

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Experience in building, deploying, and supporting large-scale distributed applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, a team player mentality, and attention to detail.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
