The Back Office Technology Team supports trade processing, position keeping, clearing/settlement, fund accounting, trade reconciliation, and prime broker integrations. The team partners with Middle and Back Office business users to customize and implement solutions supporting trade processing and new business developments.

 

What you’ll do

You will work with the Back Office team focused on post trade execution and accounting systems. Specifically, you will:

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for various applications in back-office domains
• Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Work closely with software development, support, and business teams to deliver high-quality applications in a timely manner
• Advocate for and document top quality assurance practices and testing techniques
• Analyze test results, documentation, and technical specifications, and implement improvements and solutions areas as needed
• Ensure all new software changes meet business, legal, compliance, and technical requirements, and contribute to business requirements documentation.
• Work with the team lead to maintain and track QA capacity, velocity, statuses and deliverables

 

What’s REQUIRED

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance engineering with test automation, software engineering, or business analysis role in large enterprise systems
• Development experience with background in C# or Java and associated testing frameworks, with experience writing scripts
• Proficiency in creating and fluency in writing SQL queries and working with databases
• Experience working in agile methodologies and willingness to contribute into the process excellence including Scrum mastering
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to work independently and drive change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
