What you’ll do

• Support employees with day-to-day questions related to benefits
• Maintain and monitor current benefits databases and file feeds
• Process and track benefit invoices
• Facilitate employee information changes to benefits carriers in a timely manner
• Create and maintain process documents
• Act as a point of contact to Human Resources’ business partners regarding benefits
• Manage and maintain benefits-related communications and intranet pages
• Coordinate events such as webinars, fairs, and open enrollment sessions
• Make recommendations to streamline and automate work processes

What’s Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience coordinating and supporting employee benefits programs
• Knowledge of HRIS software and payroll systems, such as Workday
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Familiarity with the U.S. and International benefits landscape
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
