THE POINT72 ACADEMY SPRING SESSIONS   

Are you a student interested in pursuing a career in finance and curious about how the Point72 Academy can help you get there? This introductory program can be the first step in your journey into the hedge fund industry.  

If you are graduating between December 2028 and July 2029, we invite you to register for our three-week virtual workshop series. These sessions are designed to expose undergraduate students from all backgrounds to the possibility of a career in investing.   

The Point72 Academy is an equities analyst training program that provides Associates with the tools and knowledge to build a career in our ever-evolving industry. Since 2015, the Academy has graduated more than 230 analysts onto our platform and some are portfolio managers today – as of March 2026.    

During the virtual series, you will:   

• Gain an understanding of the hedge fund industry and potential career paths.  

• Get insight into our firm and understand our culture, values, and working style.  

• Attend sessions aimed at enhancing professional skills like resume writing, interview techniques, and other recruiting tips.   

• Learn more about the role of a Point72 Investment Analyst and the ways analysts have shaped their careers here at Point72.   
• Become more prepared to navigate all the opportunities available to you for summer internships and post-graduation jobs.

• Current students at U.S. or Canadian universities who will graduate between December 2028 and July 2029.   

• We welcome students from all academic disciplines. Your field of study or major is not a determining factor; we seek individuals who can effectively manage teamwork, exhibit integrity, possess intellectual curiosity, demonstrate leadership potential, and express a keen interest in the financial markets.   
• Students should have a high enthusiasm for the financial services industry and a budding interest in analyzing companies and looking at stocks.
