Sales Support Specialist

Point C is seeking a Sales Support Specialist with a specialized focus on RFP coordination and provider network analysis to join our high-performing Sales team. This role serves as a critical bridge between sales, operations, and network partners, ensuring the development of accurate, compelling proposals and network-related materials that align with client needs and business strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored RFP responses and supporting collateral that highlight Point C’s value proposition.
- Analyze provider network adequacy and competitiveness to support proposals and client-specific requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, clinical programs, network partners, etc.) to gather accurate and timely information for RFPs and sales support.
- Review and ensure the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all proposals and network exhibits.
- Maintain and continuously improve a centralized repository of RFP responses, proposal templates, and supporting documents.
- Track RFP deadlines and submission timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Respond to sales team inquiries and provide timely updates and revisions to proposals as needed.
- Support broader sales initiatives with data, analysis, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis), Word (for proposal creation), and PowerPoint (for presentations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex information clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Prior experience in RFP development, provider network analysis, or sales support within the healthcare or insurance industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Stop Loss insurance and provider networks is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
