Technical Operations Analyst

The Technical Operations Analyst supports day-to-day operational processes and system functionality across Point C’s platform of TPAs. This role bridges technical operations and business needs, working cross-functionally to monitor system performance, support implementations, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities

Support daily operational processes (e.g., ID cards, EOBs, claims workflows, PBM integration)

Monitor and troubleshoot vendor file exchanges (inbound/outbound)

Assist with incident tracking, system monitoring, and resolution

Recommend and document workflow improvements

Partner with internal teams to align systems with business needs

Bridge communication between technical and operational teams

Create reports and dashboards to track performance metrics

Maintain SOPs and training materials

Support testing and validation of system updates and integrations
Qualifications

Experience with TPA services and operational workflows

Familiarity with system integrations, cloud-based services, and basic IT infrastructure

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Pay Transparency
$50,000 - $60,000 USD
