Director of Consumer Driven Products (FSA/HSA/HRA)

Point C is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Consumer Driven Products (CDP) to oversee the strategy, operations, and growth of our consumer-driven healthcare portfolio, including FSA, HSA, and COBRA administration. This individual will lead a dedicated team, manage vendor and client partnerships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all CDP functions. The Director will also play a critical role in scaling our operations through a Consumer Driven Products Center of Excellence, helping to shape best practices, enhance processes, and drive innovation within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the Consumer Driven Products team, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Oversee claims processing, eligibility, customer service, and COBRA administration with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.

Manage client relationships for FSA/HSA groups, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and successful renewals.

Partner with new clients to support seamless implementations and onboarding.

Establish and oversee vendor relationships, monitoring performance through KPIs and ensuring service expectations are met.

Develop and maintain a scalable Consumer Driven Products Center of Excellence (CDP COE), implementing best practices, processes, and tools that support growth.

Identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.

Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and maintaining compliance across all CDP functions.

Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and the long-term vision for consumer-driven healthcare products.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required.

7–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with direct expertise in FSA, HSA, and COBRA administration.

Strong background in claims processing, customer service, and vendor management.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Skilled in building scalable processes, Centers of Excellence, or similar operational frameworks.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing consumer-driven healthcare products.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Pay Transparency
$85,000 - $120,000 USD
