Our vision is to become THE go-to resource for every cyber protection need individuals may face - today and in the future.

Join us for the ride!

About the Role:

Point Wild is building Lat 61, a platform that ingests, normalizes, and enriches diverse data sources to power AI agents, analytics, and decision-making systems. As AI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of AI/ML capabilities across the platform, turning data into intelligence that drives new value for customers and internal operations.

You will define the AI architecture, lead a team of engineers, and deliver practical AI use cases that scale. From retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent agents to advanced analytics and predictive models, your work will ensure AI is embedded seamlessly and responsibly across Lat 61.

Day to Day:

  • Own AI Architecture: Define the overarching AI/ML architecture and technical strategy for Lat 61, ensuring scalability, robustness, and responsible use of AI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • AI Use Case Delivery: Translate business opportunities into technical designs and working AI solutions, prioritizing MVPs with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced Data & AI Workflows: Architect systems that leverage vector databases, graph stores, embeddings, and RAG pipelines for next-gen AI applications.
  • Integration with Platform: Partner with the Data Architect, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to integrate AI components into the Lat 61 platform.
  • Governance & Responsible AI: Establish and enforce best practices around AI ethics, model governance, bias monitoring, and secure deployment.
  • External Trends & Standards: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools, ensuring Point Wild remains on the cutting edge.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven track record as an AI/ML architect, tech lead, or senior AI engineer, delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, graph data structures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Strong background in multi-cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and MLOps.
  • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams; comfortable setting technical direction and ensuring execution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into AI-powered use cases.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at leading design sessions and making trade-offs under tight timelines.
