Join Poka as our next Product Marketing Specialist and play a key role in bringing our connected worker solutions to life - both at launch and beyond. You’ll be at the center of go-to-market strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to amplify product impact and ensure messaging truly resonates with the people who use and buy our platform.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the go-to-market execution for new products and features from messaging and positioning to campaigns and content.
- Driving cross-functional launch plans that connect Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams for maximum impact.
- Crafting clear, compelling content that brings our platform to life (think: pitch decks, videos, blog posts, landing pages, and more).
- Equipping internal teams with the right tools, narratives, and training to boost product adoption and win more deals.
- Representing the voice of the customer through interviews, persona development, case studies, and win/loss insights.
- Collaborating closely with Sales Enablement and Product to translate features into real-world use cases and business value.
- Supporting pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies with data and positioning insights.
- Acting as a category champion by contributing to thought leadership and influencer initiatives.
- Partnering with Customer Success to support feature adoption and communication strategies across the customer lifecycle.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing; experience in manufacturing/industrial is a strong plus.
- A passion for storytelling and making the complex simple.
- Proven track record launching and scaling new products/features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is an asset).
- Strong collaboration skills - comfortable aligning stakeholders across teams and time zones.
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others to accelerate and elevate PMM work.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Pragmatic, PMA, or Strategyzer is a bonus.
