Join us as an Enterprise Account Manager (DACH Region)

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic growth partner for some of the world’s leading manufacturers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your mission? To deepen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive expansion within our existing enterprise accounts. You’ll combine the consultative approach of a trusted advisor with the energy of a hunter - maximizing value for both our customers and Poka.

What you’ll do

  • Own the commercial relationship and growth strategy for assigned enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing accounts - cross-sell, upsell, and renew.
  • Lead strategic account planning, aligning customer objectives with Poka’s roadmap and value drivers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure customer success and identify growth triggers.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, influencing digital transformation strategies within manufacturing organizations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer priorities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account data in Salesforce.
  • Represent Poka at key customer meetings and industry events (travel up to 20%).

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales, within B2B SaaS or industrial technology.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and account expansion within existing enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations or industrial software solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in German and excellent English communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, opportunity-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at building credibility with senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes.
  • Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working within cross-functional account teams.
