- Job Title: Treasury Analyst
- Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, self-driven Treasury Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at critical thinking and problem-solving. This role supports core Treasury functions such as daily liquidity operations, bank management, payments, and investment execution, while also partnering with cross-functional teams across the business. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a solid foundation in corporate treasury operations.

What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash position to ensure coverage of obligations, identify investable balances, and support daily liquidity management
- Prepare weekly, 13-week, and annual cash forecasts, collaborating closely with FP&A, Accounting, and other business teams; track and analyze forecast accuracy
- Execute and support settlement of foreign exchange (FX) spot and forward trades, global fund transfers, investment transactions, and wire payments while adhering to daily and month-end deadlines
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly global cash position reports
- Identify and recommend process improvements in cash operations and forecasting
- Support the company’s risk management and hedging activities related to FX, interest rate, and commodity exposures
- Assist with short- and long-term intercompany transactions, including coordination with global affiliates
- Partner with business teams to provide merchant services, banking solutions, and payment support (e.g., e-commerce, vending, Organized Play)
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing improvement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and exposure management tools
- Support banking relationship management, including account maintenance, service updates, and fee/service analysis
- Maintain compliance and documentation related to SOX, FBAR, FATCA, AML, and other regulations affecting treasury functions
- Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Audit, and FP&A teams during month-end close, audits, and special projects
- Act as a Treasury advisor and contact point for banking setup and inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Recommend and implement process improvements and internal controls
- Support ad hoc treasury and finance projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving needs of the Treasury team and the broader organization
What you’ll bring
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related finance function, with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- MBA, CPA, CTP, CFA, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong grasp of treasury operations; familiarity with general accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $93,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. The full range is $93,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
