- Job Title: Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Specialist
- Job Summary: The Global Security Operations Center believes that global commerce thrives on trust and transparency. Operating as the central hub, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) delivers 24/7 critical incident response, situational awareness, intelligence and decision support to our global supply chain network.
We’re hiring a GSOC Specialist to join this mission-critical team. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, analytical, and capable of building and improving standard work and scalable systems. You will be instrumental in scaling the GSOC’s core functions – from incident management and threat intelligence to crisis communications and executive reporting.

What You Will Do
- Monitor and Triage Security Alerts: Continuously monitor and respond to security events from multiple sources and global intelligence sources
- Deliver Real-Time Situational Awareness: Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to stakeholders during incidents affecting personnel, supply chain, or brand
- Analyze and Report on Global Risks: Evaluate geopolitical events, civil unrest, severe weather, and other external threats that could disrupt operations
- Manage Critical Incident Workflows: Drive end-to-end coordination for high-severity events, including mass notifications, incident logging, escalation routing, and post-incident analysis
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures: Create playbooks, escalation matrices, and best-practice workflows for GSOC response, intelligence gathering, and reporting
- Build Reporting and Metrics Dashboards: Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver professional reports on trends, gaps, and resolution times
- Participate in Program and Project Development: Act as a key contributor to the buildout of GSOC infrastructure, tools, and cross-functional partnerships
- Serve as a Trusted Partner: Work directly with internal (Production, Logistics, Legal, and HR) and external partners to ensure risk mitigation strategies are aligned and timely
What You Will Bring
- Five+ (5+) years of relevant professional experience in GSOC, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, or InfoSec
- Bachelor’s degree in Crisis Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Program Management, or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience
- Demonstrated experience with critical event management (CEM) and/or ticketing platforms
- Experience with physical security tools such as CCTV monitoring systems, access control platforms, and alarm integration dashboards
- Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics, regional threat landscapes, and geopolitical risk assessment methodologies
- Project or program management background a strong plus
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize in dynamic situations, and develop scalable processes from the ground up
- Clear, concise communication skills across audiences – from incident logs to executive briefings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple systems and sources
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $105,000.00 - $124,450.00 per year. The full range is $105,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
